Hochschule Heilbronn (Heilbronn University/HHN): Heilbronn University ranks amongst the major institutions of Higher Education in the state of Baden-Württemberg where it caters for about 8,100 degree-seeking students on four campuses, namely Heilbronn – Sontheim, Heilbronn – Am Europaplatz, Künzelsau and Schwäbisch Hall. The university is a family-friendly, vibrant institution which is committed to innovative and interdisciplinary knowledge transfer. It works closely with its many partners in business, industry and the local community to create a sustainable and ethical learning environment for its students. Its diverse range of study programmes in Business Studies, Engineering and Information Technology provide a sound theoretical grounding while integrating vocational elements such as industrial placements or project work. Over the last two decades, Heilbronn University has become a regional leader in technology-driven fundamental and applied research and has established its own Institute of Applied Research. The Master Programme in International Tourism Management prepares first-degree graduates for a successful career in this vibrant and dynamic sector. The objectives of the MA International Tourism Management programme are to develop tourism managers who can operate effectively in international or cross-cultural business environments. The programme is designed to enable students to define, investigate, analyse, evaluate and respond to tactical and strategic issues of concern to tourism and hospitality in a variety of practical contexts within international Tourism.

FH JOANNEUM Gesellschaft mbH (FHJ): With more than 4000 students FH JOANNEUM is a young university of applied sciences. FH JOANNEUM has an international network of partner institutions in different educational sectors and also within several industries. With its highly specialized degree programmes in the areas of international business and technology, information engineering, mobility, media and design, social services and public health, FH JOANNEUM is one of Austria’s leading Universities of Applied Sciences. The degree programmes are offered at university level and aim at a professional training on a scientific basis. The university has well developed R&D centres, which work – in cooperation with international partners – on a multitude of projects. The R&D centre of the institute of International Management has extensive experience in EU projects. The research activities of the research centre are widespread and range from Development of Training Materials to Social Media and Internationalization.

NHTV University of Applied Sciences Breda (NHTV): NHTV is an international higher education institution with about 7,700 students from over 60 countries. It is situated in Breda, in the south of the Netherlands. NHTV was founded in 1966 as an institute offering management programmes in tourism and leisure and in this field, it is the largest and leading education institution in the world. Today NHTV offers professional and academic bachelor’s and master’s programmes in the disciplines of Games & Media, Hotel, Facility, Logistics, Built Environment and Tourism & Leisure.

NHTV’s education has a strong focus on practice-oriented knowledge development in close cooperation with relevant national and international partners and (industry) stakeholders.

World University Service – Österreichisches Komitee (WUS Austria): World University Service (WUS) Austria is a politically independent, non-governmental organization committed to the promotion of the human right to education on the basis of academic freedom and university autonomy. Since its establishment in Graz in 1983, WUS Austria has been working on the promotion of this aim in various countries all over the world. Today the organization has a regional focus on the countries of South-Eastern and Eastern Europe and employs an office in Prishtina. While this area remains at the center of WUS Austria’s work, the organization additionally focuses on other regions such as the ACP countries, Northern Africa, the Middle East and the Caucasus and is further interested in cooperation with other countries in the world.

During its 30 years of existence WUS Austria has positioned itself as one of the most important operative partners for enhancing knowledge transfer and comparability in Higher Education between EU and non EU countries. WUS Austria provides operative and technical support and consultancy for a faster, more efficient implementation of the Bologna system and global trends in the Higher Education (HE) sector.
